Service Description

Start with some deep breathing exercises and relaxation in the grounding room followed by a Lucia N03 lamp session. After the session, relax with a cool or hot beverage and explore your experience with the Lamp Practitioner. These sessions are longer with more intense light programs for experienced Light Travellers and use music selections that can enhance the experience further.
